it was very nice to have such an interview process. It is like a good discussion with the interviewer.
3 rounds of the interview then HR discussion.
1st one was written round.
2nd round was a normal round with basic technical questions
3rd one was a bit of tricky questions with different scenario-based.

Experienced level questions.
The questions were starting from basic to advance level and not hard to answer but a bit tricky questions. Asked about previous projects and technologies used, any challenges, how did you overcome them, any new technology learnt and all.
There is only round only and it was easy related to the financial statements and cash flow statements after that there is onboarding process and documentation and background verification whichbis quickly happens

It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

How would I increase the availability and performace of any specific process.
Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
