I was hired on campus recruitment.
It was a 2 day process. First we had to take an aptitude test. 3 days after that, Genpact came for recruitment. There was a GD followed by 2 interviews each candidate. One technical, followed by one HR interview, provided one is selected in the technical.

Interview process is good, there will be 2 rounds for the experienced candidates. Technical and managerial round. Interview will be easy

They shortlisted for interviews, but later hr mailed that there are no vacancies. They wasted our time and efforts. We have even given OA, but it's completely waste of time

Two levels, and then I had Three client round interviews. In the two rounds, they did a resume deep dive. The client focused on the job description and asked BA related functional questions.
