It looked that they look for someone, who will be sitting doing long hours at the Client side. By doing I understand sitting and meeting people. Qualification questions were not asked and most of these were just motivation related ones, where they expect to overrate your skills using top notch consultancy talk.
Do not expect anything technical or business specific questions - they do not have any idea about that. Serious look & bulls* skills is all you need.
