Second Round : Technical F2F : Interviewer wanted a solution in his way only. He didn't know what is merge sort algo and asking how how you have solved a particular problem using it. Very bad experience.

It was a well aligned panel, straight forward with a technical round followed by HR. The process was easy to follow with minimum delays. The panel knew what they require and were asking appropriate questions.

Not happen at all, bad experience, hr behaviour should be policte and supportive please improve. Please provide all information before the interview. Genpact is a good company. Please hire employees with good salary
