Initially I got call on my cell then I have been called for the personal one on one interview and second round of interview consists of a skill test and third round of interview includes one more written test round and after that one on one with line manager and after that with HR round.
First level is typing and then communications skills which enables org to screen the appropriate candidates for the suitable positions this is really a good way of interview procedure it provides a great experience for both employers and employees

it was quite rigorous . i applied it through linkedin and gave 3 interviw rounds. bunch of questions were asked and i gave most of them . majorly technical questions and some soft skills questions as well,

Very smooth had two rounds, one technical one HR both of which were not very difficult. As a campus recruit the process was seamless and had questions regarding major and extra curricular activities and participation.
