I applied through college Process took 10 days Written exam was mostly about data interpretation and verbal the difficulty level was moderate GD was easy, just speak something and try to initiate. Technical round took almost 50 minutes, i was from ece background so all the questions were asked from my core subjects The final round was hr and surprisingly it lasted 50 minutes as well, just normal questions were asked like why genpact headstrong and stuff Whole process was well managed They mailed the collegeTPO regarding the result which took almost 20 days and i got selected

IT was On-campus hiring, first Voice assessment (just formality, idk if anyone was rejected on this round),next one was HackerRank online test and then Interview , they came to our college and took interview with 4 panels. After introduction etc they asked about board scores and random questions on science subjects , two array problems were given to me and i described two of my projects , total conversation was fine , some fellas were asked GK !! some had short and some had long interview. I answered two coding questions despite not selected :) well 11 students were selected among 40 including both IT and CS , had a chat with selected candidates but got no clue about their criteria !!!!
