Started off really strong, coordinating with the Recruiter about a position. Scheduled an interview with the team lead and it went downhill from there. He seemed clearly disinterested from the very start. Despite hearing great things about my interview and my standing among the other candidates from the Recruiter, no one could give me a definitive date for next steps. Then after a month of sparse communication, I was informed I didn't get the role.
