The interview asked your typical interview questions to demonstrate how you work in a team, any pertaining experience, and past experience in customer service. The interview team are not all people you will work with in the future, but they did seem very intrigued and engaged on what you have to say. Try to ask as much questions as you can about the next few months so you know what you are getting yourself into.

There are usually two rounds with different set of managers. Sometimes they will bring in a full time employee in the panel too. Usually there’s around five questions surrounding the competencies. From my experience with multiple interviews, they really want you to focus on what you did, your behavior, or thought process in achieving your results.

Not a great atmosphere when your a temporary worker. Almost all the benefits and fun perks go to full time employees. They treat you very differently if you are a temp.

What would you do in a difficult situation related to customer service
First part of the interview process is recording yourself answering some questions and scenarios. The recording lets you choose when to start. You won't be able to go back and change what you say.
