The process has taken a couple months: an informal phone screen, formal phone interview, full day of in person interviews with team members, follow-up interview with hiring manager and there may be more phone interviews with HR and several other department managers not directly working with the position.

Very Brief phone interview and then an on-site interview with each team member.
