Hiring was in 2 panels: 1 technical with other technicians and lead and the other with the supervisors. Tech panels asked technical questions and supervisors panel asked normal interview questions. The technicians were fairly nice and the questions were not too technical. However, during the later interviews for regular full time employees, the technical questions were significantly more specific.

Asked about lab experience, working in a team setting, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Asked about clean room experience but was not required. Made sure I was aware I was signing up for 12 hour shifts.

A lot of situational and behavioral questions. I had a 10 minute interview where i had to videotape my answers and then had a 30min interview with a panel of supervisors. It took a bit of time until they reached out to me

Entrevista
Will ask you your basic interview questions. Ex:where do you see yourself in 5 years, biggest accomplishment, what are you weaknesses and strengths etc… More of a conversation than interview. Great company to work for.
