All-day interview, started with 1-on-1 with hiring manager, transitioned to an hour-long standard research presentation with questions from the group/division, and continued with 30 min 1-on-1's for the rest of the day. The interview finished with one last interview with the hiring manager to discuss next steps.

Mostly just talking about my aspirations for how to use the postdoc position for my future career goals. I received insightful questions related to my research presentation throughout the day from people who had attended my talk.
I applied through an employee referral. I was contacted by the PI by email first, and I responded to an elaborate questionnaire in the email. Following this, there was a 20 min video call scheduled where I presented my research.

Extremely long process that took 3 month to complete. No feedback. Just a rejection.
Interviewed first with two PIs and then with 6 other people from different teams. The expectations was really unclear. Discussing research mostly
Pretty good anbd need some time to prepare. But if try hard will get there. So please do some work before applying and make sure you have enough knowledge and experience.
