It was a telephone interview with an internal HR recruiter. There were no trick questions. Also, no behaviour based questions (thank god) The bulk of the interview consisted of me walking through my resume, and providing additional informational on what, exactly, I did at my previous employers. Also, every time I changed employment the recruiter asked me to explain why I left the company. The interviewer did not ask me about compensation (i.e. what I am currently earning) which I found surprising. In total the interview lasted about 1/2 hour. Overall I would say it was a positive experience. I will be surprised if I am not called back for a face-to-face interview with the hiring department.
