Surprisingly not asking much about resume. Even in the Panel interview, 90% of questions were trying to see what kind of person you are and if you could blend in the team. The only related question I got was what kind of understanding do I have in manufacturing site vs. Research lab.

Q: What is your hobby?
Q: Tell me about yourself as a person, whatever is fine.
Informal, though they may do it differently each time. I had a 3-panel interview and was immediately notified within a couple of days that they wanted to move forward. As long as you are open to learning and can get along with the interviewers, you should be ok.

The interviews were able to be conducted virtually which was convenient. The questions were standard apart from the one wildcard question that was asked each time. That was a fun addition of their interviews which always kept me on my toes.

Entrevista
Interviewer was rude and stand-offish, almost mocking. Felt like working there would be a very stressful environment just due to management. Explained towards the end of the interview that it could take months before being offered a job due to their hiring process.
