I applied online. I was interviewed by a second party not from the Genentech. The interviewer kept on asking my experience. However, she did not provide any position details nor she allowed me to ask her any question. I asked her about the application status after a week. Then she forwarded my request to Genentech HR. Then, I received a rejection email.
It was completely unprofessional. If you don't have people in your HR, then you should hire someone who could conduct phone screen professionally. How can a company rely on a second party feedback to hire someone? None of them are professional. They hire from reference. Other applications are for eye wash, clarity, fake comparison.

This showcases her level of interview skill. It was a complete waste.
