Phone interview with case manager supervisor (about 20 mins) As long as you prepare for the interview, it will be easy. be prepared to early because they called me 30 mins early. (I think they got mixed up with the time)

There are usually two rounds with different set of managers. Sometimes they will bring in a full time employee in the panel too. Usually there’s around five questions surrounding the competencies. From my experience with multiple interviews, they really want you to focus on what you did, your behavior, or thought process in achieving your results.

Not a great atmosphere when your a temporary worker. Almost all the benefits and fun perks go to full time employees. They treat you very differently if you are a temp.

First part of the interview process is recording yourself answering some questions and scenarios. The recording lets you choose when to start. You won't be able to go back and change what you say.
