Applied through the leadership website, but wasn't called back until referred internally. Have had 3 phone interviews so far but none have been technical. They were mainly situational questions regarding experience to demonstrate hoe you handle tough situations and pressure. Just have examples of teamwork and challenging situations ready to help you answer succinctly.
