Interview process was longer than a usual. It took around two months to complete it. I have receive mail from Gemini HR for recruitment for Sr. Python developer. First telephonic round was scheduled but interview did not joined so this round was rescheduled for the next week. First round was with two interviewers and questions were pretty average and mainly around python development role and coding related expertise . I cleared first round and next round was scheduled. Second round was more focused on database and analytics side. It was also containing average sets of questions. I had good discussion with panel. Third round was with HR, they asked for documentation and all to proceed further, I was pretty sure that interview was completed and only HR part is remaining. One week after submitting document HR Scheduled one more technical round with Big data team and I appeared for that as well. Few days after that HR again scheduled my interview with some cloud automation related team. So far I have have had discussion with 4 different teams. I was not sure anymore for which role Gemini is conducting my interview and I have not had any word from HR after documentation. I tried to connect with HR so that I can understand which kind of JD is required for this particular position but HR was also not able to tell me clearly what is the expectations from this role and which team out of above 4 teams will I join. After that I had one discussion round with CTO of Gemini. Final round with the senior HR. We had discussion on the role related discussion and why I want ti join Gemini solution. I had some queries regarding my role but I again did not get the clear details form them. Then finally I got the offer. But as I was not clear on the roles and responsibilities along with tech stack which I was going to do in Gemini I declined the offer.
