I recently joined Geeks, and my experience has been exceptional. The onboarding process was seamless, and I genuinely feel welcomed into the Geeks family. The interview process was thorough yet fair, providing a comprehensive understanding of the company's values, goals, and expectations. The team was professional, and their genuine interest in my skills and experiences made me feel valued. One positive aspect that stood out is the complete back support provided by Joji to align with the company's goals, which is incredible. The company is consistently exploring new tools and products for internal implementation and customer use, keeping both engineers and customers up-to-date with the latest technology. Moreover, the onboarding experience has been efficient, reflecting the company's dedication to a smooth transition for new hires. I identified some areas for improvement during the onboarding process. Engineers should be assigned devices with additional RAM and storage for research and testing purposes, such as servers, VMs, Intune, MDM solutions, etc., allowing them to test policies or major changes in their own labs before implementing them in production. I am excited to contribute to Geeks' success and be part of a team that values its employees. I wholeheartedly recommend Geeks to potential candidates seeking a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
