I know someone who works at the store that I now work at. She told the Merchandise manager about me and told my friend to have me submit my resume online. I interviewed about a week later. It lasted 15 minutes in which she asked who my style icon was, what my dream job was and why I was interested in being a merchandiser. It was very casual and she was easy to talk to. Online application had some situational questions, that were easy and didn't even come up in the interview.

Entrevista
Multiple interview process. 1st group interview, 2nd Department Mange, 3rd Store Manger and 4th District Manager. Each interview the level of questions gets a bit more specific to the role itself but nothing you would not expect. Be ready to be asked to either evaluate a floor plan or remerchandise a section.
There are two interviews. The first one is shorter, while the second is more in depth, In addition to this, there is a project/ task you have to complete. It is similar to other interview processes.
