I applied online and was called about a month later to see if I was still interested, and an interview was scheduled for the following week. I was told to bring in my resume, references and availability. I looked online here to get an idea of the interview process so when I had my interview I wasn't surprised to see that it would be in a group setting. It was pretty easy going, a couple of people didn't show up so the group was smaller and less intimidating. We had two people interviewing us, and we were asked four questions and told how many people they planned on hiring (12) and how many people applied (over 300). We were told we would all be called in the following week if we got the job, and I'm really hoping they call!

Great place to work as a college student. Good discount if you like their clothing. Different shifts such as weekends and even over night.
Pay isn’t all that great but it’s okay for retail.

It was a Fairly easy process, and it was face to face in the back rooms. They understood my schedule and helped worked around it. They asked about myself and what I would do in certain situations.
