Had 2 interviews. First one was on Skype and dealt generally with my background and my motivation for working for the website. I also had to do a short challenge in finding a piece of information online while the recruiter watched all steps I was taking. After the interview was over, I was given an editing/grammar/style task to do on my own and return via email shortly. The second interview was in person with three people from the editorial team. It wasn't anything that complex besides the fact I was given several puzzles to solve.
