Entrevista
I had applied through college campus programme. They called us for placement process at there Airoli campus. I am late but the GEP people are so friendly that they allow us for Aptitude(Don't be late, It's not a good habit). Aptitude was simple, straight 30 questions are there. they shortlisted 25 people from 60. Then we have to drop two emails, which is written assignment.
The interview is quite tough. Two member panel is there and everything moves around the cases. How would you act if this happens? What is your response?
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
