I applied online and submitted a cover letter and resume. The HR manager contacted me for a follow up phone interview as well as email. The interview was not technical in nature. It was a basic personality test to see how a person would act in various team settings. It was also a good time to ask questions about what the culture would be like at work and what would be expected.
