Recorded video only interview. After few day sfrom the online application, an email confirmed they wanted the video. 8 questions in total, only one opportunity to reply to them. Easy questions but quite cold method.

The interview was in person (but possible to do it by Skype) and the travelling fees are not paid by the company.
I was interviewed by two managers.
They asked me questions related to Financial knowledge and also situational questions, as for example "how would you react if you do not agree with your manager?", "what do you do when you have to work under pressure?".

20 minutes, easy and they were polite. interviewed with two persons. Applied online, they were organized and fast. made it with the accounting manager and HR manager and both were friendly and calm.
