Phone interview after contacting person through campus recruiting network. Offer given next day. Typical STAR interview questions, not too bad. Just went over resume submitted by email earlier. Didn't hear anything for quite awhile after that until background check started spring semester. Intern program isn't as organized as I would've thought, no formal orientation for the Houston interns and it wasn't until much later in the summer that I met interns working in other buildings around the city.

Very professional, simple process that is easy to complete. First, complete an online situational assessment then complete an online pre-recorded video interview then final stage is a live interview. When the route I wanted to apply for was no longer available, they were able to find a different role that was available in a different city.

The interview was mostly make him to like you because the interviewer didn't know how to conduct. We talked in Portuguese English and Spanish about life experiences. I told him plenty of things about personal life and he specifies the job.

Two on one interview with little to no technical questions, only situational questions. The interview was around 25 minutes and at the end they gave us time to ask them questions as well.
