Very strange interview. Phone int. went fine and with very competent HR personnel. Then I was invited for a face 2 face HR interview. HR person was 20 min late, no apology. I was there 1.5 hrs, when the person tried to persuade me that the position I applied to was not what they have written on the job posting (I read the posting 10 times prior to that so I knew it by heart). I tried to ask her, what it was about and reflect on that, but she was dead-set on contradicting me no matte what I said (maybe wanted a stress interview). The whole situation was very unprofessional. 6 weeks later(!) they inform me they very satisfied and I should move on to a final discussion with the actual future manager. By then I had a new job so I declined their offer.
