After applying online, I got a call from the hiring manager for a phone interview the very next day. I was well qualified for the job, so the phone interview consisted of reviewing my skills and experience, and the hiring manager detailing the job duties and requirements. It was easy and fast! I drove (on my own dime) from Virginia to Chicago after a few days for a 1:1 interview, and was basically hired on the spot. After that - I received an offer letter by email, they had to complete a background check and drug test as well.
