Very poor .. they are not looking for candidates interest. They just want to hire anyone who me they feel that fit in profile .. HR doesn't know about the job profile . They are not clear with salary dispersement .. you will not get straight answer to your questions . They are not interested in your idea and view . Please guys do not waste your important time behind these third party employment service providers.. Be patience you will get good opportunity. They do fake promises and I was the one of the victim
