After your submit the appilication yoh will be asked to write email responses to 3 fake customers with different scenarios.
Next step is a.30.min interview with the Recruiter with typical questions like why do you want to leave your current jib and why are you interested in Front?
Third and final step is 1:1 interviews with 6 different people. This was a ridiculously long 3 hour zoom call. Questions were very repetitive and mainly asked what you would do or how you would respond in various hypothetical situation.

The Customer Service Manager asked me to describe how to do the hardest thing I know how to do and explain it to her as though she had no clue how.
You will also have to login to your Front trial account to show the Engineer how to create a rule and various other actions.

I am utterly frustrated and disappointed with the recruiting process. Despite being sent multiple links to prepare, the recruiter spoke with me for a mere 13 minutes out of the scheduled 30, showing blatant disregard for punctuality. To add insult to injury, she was 8 minutes late for the interview. Shockingly, there was no inquiry about my extensive 5+ years as an account manager, and she failed to discuss how my background aligned with the position. This level of immaturity and unprofessionalism is unparalleled. I have never encountered such brevity and lack of engagement in an interview. The entire experience has left an overwhelmingly negative impression, and I strongly advise against anyone considering an interview with this company. The blatant lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable.
