I was there for the position of Android Developer. The interview process is very lengthy. They will call you to take f2f, but when you reach the venue they will make you wait to start the process. After waiting for about an hour, you I was called for the interview. My f2f was cleared, so they called me for taking the machine test. After completing the machine test, I was told to wait till HR respond to the test taken by me. I was made to wait around 2 hours just to listen to the result. Then after waiting for so long, I was told that my machine test was not cleared and I can go home. In meanwhile, the HR didn't even come to address the people who appeared for the interview. Waiting for about 6 hours to complete the interview process, I asked for a cup of coffee at the reception, to which I was denied saying, that it is paid. The gesture of the company was not at all good. They just waste the time of the person who came for the interview, who waits just to listen to yes/no for the result which can also be told over email/telephone.

1st Round Hr 2nd Written Test 3rd System Test I went for interview , The Fluper company look good but developer area is a hall ,look like a Hell and the developer area is in basement, 80 to 90 % working employees are fresher or trainee. First round Hr- basic question asked, introduction , asked about projects and some normal questions. The Hr is unexperienced , Hr behaves like a judge of supreme court , maybe she also a fresher. I'm experienced software developer with 2.5 years , i never seen HR like her in my career, she don't know how to talk with candidates, rude behavior. Second Round : Written Test : 30 questions . In written test they asked very tricky questions , my 80 % questions was correct . 20 questions theoretical and 10 java output. the level of questions is very high. Third Round : System Test -- Registration form ,store the data , and delete user data by click on list .. Upload user images from gallery (Not an easy task to do in limited time). High level test , you should have good programming skills to crack this round, i cracked that code. after all the round it takes 6-7 hour then the HR said to every candidate, we will call you if you shortlisted for next round but they never call you. they call everyone for interview , i saw in entry list all are 1 to 5 years experienced and 60-70 candidates for interview in a single day. they wasted my whole day,they hire only law salary candidate or fresher candidate. if you are experienced developer then please don't go, don't waste your time. - The company employees are mostly fresher - Monday to Saturday working , only Sunday off.
