Recruiter contacted me, went to step 2. Interviewed with Potential Manager, and she seemed very disorganized and looking for advice more than interviewing me for the role. I feel like my experience was more in line to be her boss, and did not get a follow up afterwards. They were transitioning from Netsuite to SAP, (which I have intensive experience in both), and really need to hiring industry consultants before throwing tons of money at their problems. The manager was talking about how she still uses “excel sheets from grad school” boasting about her masters degree in Supply chain.
