The interview process was easy and fun. I wouldn't normally say that about an interview process because most of the time interviews can be stressful. However, the interview process at fjorge was very interactive and enjoyable. I had a phone screen and then a one hour on-site interview with the Program Manager. I later had two interviews lasting one hour back to back with two developers on the team. There were no technical questions asked, but seemed to care more about cultural fit and the ability to professionally handle client facing tasks.
