Interview process was very fast and was just a phone call after application and then an arranged interview over teams. interview was generally quite easy but i have came from a customer service and IT background so i feel that worked in my favour. interview was not too professional and felt more like a getting to know me and what I'm about. but overall the interviewer was polite and answered my questions.

Questions were shared ahead of the interview so I was prepared. Interview took about 15 minutes. Interviewer was calm but not conversational. Asked questions on empathy, listening and difficult customers then teamwork. I passed the interview and worked for about 6 months.
