FirstBest interviews via 1:1 and has you in for the day. However, when it comes time for them to make an offer. They are not willing to pay for the talent they need to be successful and bring their organization to the next level. Please see another reference to this behavior in another review. Offer was made at lower expectation and previously discussed. Once the offer was declined - they upped the offer.
