One round of interview with pretty inexperienced panel. The lady Lacks the right competency . It was on a free zoom bridge and was not conducted professionally. The panel was not competent.

Questions were non work related, about personal things and none technical. The free zoom bridge automatically got closed in 30 mins . Looked very unprofessional.

Entrevista
First there is an HR round, then a Project Manager round 1, and then Project Manager round 2 (need to do an powerpoint presentation test for a mock client). The questions were clear and properly accessed knowledge in project management.
The first round was a normal one-on-one call with a technical person where few technical and scenario-based questions were discussed for an hour or so. That round went well and the interviewer was good.
After the first set of the interview, took around 4 days to get a response and another 6 days to schedule the next round.
The second round was the business stimulation round where 1.5 hours of the call is recorded. The panel in the interview keeps their video off while I was on video record for the whole time. A task is provided and a solution needs to be given within the timeframe with wireframes or sketches and the solution needs to be discussed with the panel. It is very unprofessional when the rest of the members has their videos off while the candidate is on video record. After the interview, there was no response from the team. Even if the interview result is negative, a call or mail providing the feedback would be more of a professional way to handle an interview. Ghosting off is definitely not the way to go.
Overall poor experience from the way they handled the results and also the way they recorded just one person on video.
