I got an email from a recruiter asking if i was interested in the job, a few days later i got a call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour long and consisted of "Tell me about a time you..." questions, I got an email a few days later asking to set up an in person interview. The in person interview was with two people, and consisted of the same kind of questions as the phone interview, but these people were more able to answer specific questions about the job. I was told there was going to be a third interview on the phone but that turned out to be an HR rep talking about the companies benefits and asking about what salary i would want. She called back an hour later to offer the job.
