Drug screen that takes a ridiculous amount of time- 3 weeks for mine, then had to redo. Lots of info and time requested. I had 3 interviews. I have yet to start and the company gave me my first interview 3 months ago. Ridiculous. My start date has been moved 4 times now.

First, the HR department contact with me via email. A few days later, I had a phone call with the HR department, and a few days after, I was scheduled for an interview at the bank branch.

First, there was a phone interview, followed by a in person interview by the branch manager. After the branch manager interview, I was offered a position. The interview was very average, and did not last more than 20 minutes.
