Took about a month. First interview was by phone and second was with a regional manager. Pretty short and easy interview. Asked about communication skills and if you wanted to move up in the company. Basically what they are looking for is someone that wants to do whats bet for the customer and be a good communicator

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.

a series of phone and zoom calls that are about 1-2 weeks apart. the annoying thing was when i asked about how the quotas worked (that they breifly brought up) they seemed a little annoyed with me
