If you decide to apply, proceed with caution. To start, this company does not have anyone in that would be HR that work for the company. I had my initial screening interview with someone on the product innovation team. I didn't make it past that screening and when I asked for feedback the team said they liked my background, but were moving forward with another candidate who had more experience. About 3 weeks later, I saw the role was reposted under a new name with the EXACT same job description as before. This company is a startup and while the team seems nice, it's clear from this process they do not know what they are want for this role. That lack of clarity shows they do not know what a candidate would need to be successful in this role.
