Started with a group interview with other candidates which was strange. Overall a positive experience but it was awkward to hear other people’s answers and switch interviewers every 20-30 minutes.

I interviewed for an internship and, unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. I sat waiting for over half an hour for the interviewer to join our scheduled video call, but no one showed up or notified me of any change. I was later told there had been a scheduling conflict, and the interview was rescheduled. While I appreciated the apology and second meeting, I never received any update or outcome afterward, despite being told I would hear back by a certain date. I expected clearer communication and more respect for candidates' time for a company of this scale. Hopefully, this is something they improve moving forward.
