TERRIBLE communication on the FedTec team. I was offered an interview. I agreed. I was not notified who would be doing the interview. I received an email from a Databricks for an interview, WITHOUT context. I asked for context. Databricks emailed FedTec saying they need to notify candidates, and cancelled the interview. The organizer from databricks emailed 6 people about this. A FedTec teammate who I hadn't interacted with emailed back blaming me claiming I had been notified - when I wasn't. They rejected my candidacy without doing an actual interview. They failed.
