Interviewers were very comforting. They made sure the candidate was calm. There were 3 of them. 1st person asked mostly based on DS and Algo. 2nd and 3rd persons asked based on SQL and the 3rd person was also moderating the interview.

Implement an algorithm to convert a tree so that each node at a particular level is connected in the form of a linked list.
Basic dsa and oops questions were asked. 1 coding questions in technical interview. In hr round, basic hr questions were asked like my long term goals, why i want to join, etc.

**Phone screening (if you're an external candidate)**
If they’re interested, you’ll be invited to a brief phone interview—often just 5 minutes long—where you can call in during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST).
Candidates say questions here are simple but direct—things like:
“Why Fastenal?”
“How did you hear about us?”
“Why are you a good fit?”
There are 3 round of interviews. First is Coding Round consists of 3 medium level question and MCQS. Second is Technical Round in which core subjects and DSA is asked. And third is HR Round
