Meeting with the current stores General Manager then with the District Manager they both ask you a preselected group of 15 questions. Interview generally takes around 30-45 minutes and is fairly easy overall.

Apply for the job then have 2 interviews. 1st is with the direct boss then 2nd is with HR. Not a difficult process but sometimes time-consuming. A fair process is being used. They do get back to you if you're not picked.

A couple of rounds of interview. Really common questions. Interviews were done by different people. First the district manager then the regional. The regional manager was much more involved and had less questions coming off of the list.
