Applied online. Was called in for my first interview a few days later. Very friendly and relaxed. Mostly was questioned about my work ethics and past work experience. They called in for my second interview a few days later which was fairly similar. Some new questions like what I would find comfortable in a work environment. Such as if loud noises bothered me or hot/cold temperatures. They gave me a tour of the warehouse. They also had me do a little bit of light work for an hour to get a feel of the typical day. Took a drug test and once the result were received they called back offering the job. The whole process took a little over two weeks.

The interview process was simple; however, if you have a referral is easy to land a job at Fastenal. If you have a referral, if can be challenging sometimes after a phone interview; they will decide either to take you or not.
