How do you handle an upset client?
It was by phone really nice and short , less than 5 minutes. The questions were about my time available, my previous experience, my IT skills and my location. The person on the phone sounds really nice and she answers me my questions as well

Simple and effective didn’t take to long and it was very easy going. Managers were cool and polite just some good ole boys. Keep it honest and you will get hired
