Applied in late September/early October and received phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was chill, asked about OOP (know the 4 pillars) and some simple data structure questions. Try to show genuine excitement and energy. If you pass you get a longer Zoom interview, beginning with a Wonderlic (I practiced this online and it was extremely helpful) with pattern pecognition and mental math. Then an HR person will introduce you to your interviewer (for me it was a Project Manager) and you'll have a 1-2 hour conversation with them. In this conversation I asked as many questions as the Interviewer asked me; I recommend this because it makes the conversation very natural and flowing. I was also just curious about the nature of the work and the role, which I got to learn more about through this. The Interviewer transitioned into asking me about items on my resume, several logic puzzles and a SQL question, which I did not actually get. Then the interviewer brings the HR person back and you get to ask any final questions (definitely ask questions here!). I could kind-of tell based on the HR-person's demeanor how it went, because she really tried to sell the position. Got the decision a week later.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
