Emailed me directly after finding my information online. Started with a phone call to inform me about the company. Then we continued communications through email. Recruiter was very nice and well spoken. If you are a current graduate they do have GPA requirements. Be sure to brush up on your VB.NET and SQL coding prior to doing the interview.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
