Originally I found thid company through a career fair, they set up an in person interview the next day. This interview consisted of a 30 minute questionaire that involved solving two algorithms and basic logic questions. The interview went well, so I was invited to go to their headquarters in Denver. The interview there involved a tour of the headquaters, a few questions to the recruitment officer that had given me the tour, and eventually an interview with an actual implementation consultant. In that interview I went over my previous logic for the algorithm and more logic puzzles, this time not on paper, but a whiteboard. The questions weren't incredubly difficult, but did have a catch/trick to them. After the interview, I was picked up by the hotel staff, and went home. A word of advice, if they haven't brought you out to lunch, it's unlikely you'll get an offer, or at least that was my experience. Either way, I found the interview and the trip over to Denver to be a pleasant time, regardless of the outcome.
