One of their recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn and gave me info about the company. Following that I had 2 phone interviews (if I remember correctly) and one of them had some basic technical questions. After a week or so they told me they'd be flying me out to Denver to have an in person interview with them at their headquarters. The interview was about 2 hours or so. The first part was a 30 question brain teaser quiz followed by 2 pseudocode questions. After that, one of their employees in my field came in and asked some problem solving questions. The questions felt like a test of seeing how you approach problem solving as well as if you can get the correct solution or somewhat close to it. Following the formal interview, they took me out to lunch with a fellow Implementation Consultant and I was able to ask him questions about the role they play in the company, how he thought his transition was once he started working with the company, etc.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
