I went through the first round of interviews over the phone. The entire interview was very heavily focused on technical questions so they asked me a little bit about my past experiences and community involvement listed on my resume. But they asked me a lot about sql questions and some java questions. Also, they were trying to test me on some technical terms. You need to know definitions and a real life examples to go with the terms.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
